More Language Activities Ideas

Some other ideas and activities that we've found helpful for building up language. 

1) The Library!  

• Chinese Storytime- Our last neighborhood had a regular Chinese Storytime that we frequented.  We love the library and they usually post all their events online.  We've celebrated Chinese New Year at the library with a lion dance performance, seen puppet shows and much more.  
• Chinese books- Search the catalog and reserve Chinese kids books from the library network

 2) Weekend Chinese School

• This is a weekend activity staple :)  Once our little one graduates out of his immersion preschool we'll definitely sign him up  

 3) Workbooks + Worksheets

• We've managed to get family to bring us some kids activity workbooks from abroad and have found some great free sheets as well online.
